From a coffee quality perspective, Summit has the absolute best. From an environmental perspective, Summit Coffee Birkdale Landing takes the cake. The decor is beautiful and inviting. The indoor and outdoor space are great for working, mingling, and dating. My wife and I were on the patio and really enjoyed it. There is corn hole and astroturf for adults and kids to play. The staff here are the best in the business. The ladies working today were so kind and genuinely caring people. Julianna is fantastic and made the best cappuccino we have had yet. I always get the brew of the month and every month gets better. We are ready to go back for another cup!

The shaken caramel? To die for. The staff? Impeccably friendly and helpful. I love coming here to yap with my bestie, we make a lot of noise always in the corner and they never run us out of the store with a broom unlike most other coffee houses we frequent.

Good and chill place to stop bye for coffee and if you want to do homework or any work, writing, reading, anything like that. This is definitely the place. Good food. Good drinks. Good vibes.

I can’t say enough good things about Summit. This birkdale location is beyond my favorite and knocks Starbucks out of the park! I no longer even go to Starbucks bc summits coffee is so much better. The quality of coffee and flavor is 1,000 times better! Amazing lattes and milk alternative options. Staff is always great and friendly, atmosphere is perfect and relaxing! Outdoor seating is amazing when it’s nice out

Seating is comfortable and the decorations are mostly minimalistic but gorgeous. The atmosphere is really nice, and it’s a great coffee place to visit. The coffee here is amazing! Non dairy milk options available at no extra cost. Vegan bakery option available as well. The service is absolutely great and the staff is friendly. Overall, this is an amazing place that surpassed my expectations! I would definitely come here again!

Update: Surprised to see the place relatively empty on a Friday night, on a Valentine's day weekend too. The place have a live music going on, it's a great place to end a date night but the lack of patrons always baffles me. We always enjoy going here though. ----- Have been waiting for this location to open. We love going to their Davidson location but glad that this one's finally open. This location is modern and have a more eclectic design but the same quality offering that Summit is known for. Staff is nice. Service is good. Love the outdoor seating and the live music. A great way to end Friday. Fall drinks are also now available. For non-pumpkin latte lover, try their Orange, spice and everything nice. Free WIFI.

Great place to get your morning fix! Matcha tea was great! Muffins were good. Drip coffee was not bad. More flavor than a typical dark roast drip coffee. Coffee flavor for the cortado was great! I was not a fan of the milk quality. It was very watery with almost no foam. Cortado seemed to be a single shot so it was smaller than expected. They have an Eversys Cameo which means you get a very consistent drink no mater who is working! I liked the tiling as well.
